Agreed to continue with current pattern: 1st Monday of the month except August and perhaps January (depending on the fall of the new year holidays.

6. Committee structure

Confirmed April's decision to carry on as present until elections in October.

8. Election of Officers

Cynthia Tero proposed that the current officers continue until the October elections. Seconded Ken Fraser.
